Preparing for 2024 , BPC Expands Elections Task Force

Washington, DC – The Bipartisan Policy Center announced seven new members to its Task Force on Elections, which is charged with developing innovative, bipartisan policy solutions to the most pressing issues in election administration. Comprised of geographically and political diverse state and local election officials, the Task Force addresses many areas of elections, including some that get little attention, working to resolve them before they become crises. Looking forward to the 2024 elections, this work is as critical as ever.

“As the country prepares for 2024 elections, it is imperative that we listen to the state and local experts,” said Matthew Weil, executive director of BPC’s Democracy Program. “These front-line, experienced officials know best how to ensure elections are accessible and secure. I’m excited to welcome our new members and continue our efforts to improve the voting experience across the country.”
