Luci Manning

Luci Manning is the Senior Director of Communications for the Bipartisan Policy Center. Prior to joining BPC, she worked as the director of media relations for Proof Strategies where she developed and implemented impactful communication strategies that built awareness, enhanced credibility, and enriched her clients’ reputation. For more than 15 years she has worked for public relations agencies that specialized in national nonprofits, advocacy groups, associations and foundations whose mission focused on a range of social justice issues from education to health to sustainability. Past clients include the Afterschool Alliance, Call2Recycle, Futures Without Violence, MomsRising, National Partnership for Women & Families and the National Quality Forum. Her work on behalf of Call2Recycle’s Avoid the Spark campaign to educate consumers in California’s Bay Area about safe recycling practices was nominated for a Thoth Award in 2019.
