Kristen Klurfield

Kristen Klurfield is a Senior Policy Analyst for the J. Ronald Terwilliger Housing Policy Center at the Bipartisan Policy Center. Prior to joining BPC, she was a housing policy analyst at the Santa Clara County Housing Authority in San Jose, California. Previously, Klurfield held a fellowship in Enterprise Community Partners’ Los Angeles office, where she worked on the preservation of affordable housing and capacity building of nonprofit housing developers. Prior, she was a Senior Associate at Quadel Consulting and Training, LLC, providing program management, consulting and training to the affordable housing industry. Klurfield has a B.A. from Michigan State University and a Master’s in Public Policy from George Washington University.
