Owen Minott

Owen Minott is an Associate Director on BPC’s housing and infrastructure team. Prior to joining BPC, he was a management analyst at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) in the office of Strategy, Planning, and Program Management. Previously, he worked at National Journal as a policy research analyst, where he covered federal legislation and regulations. Minott also completed a Fulbright fellowship in Brazil and a summer fellowship at the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) in the Chairman’s office. He has a B.A. from Bates College and a Master’s in Public Affairs from Princeton University.
