Natalie Tham
Policy Analyst
Natalie Tham is a policy analyst for BPC’s Energy Program, and brings experience in data-driven strategic decision making and early-stage startup operations. Prior to joining BPC, Tham served in the Biden Administration at a number of Department of Energy offices including ARPA-E, the Office of Science, and the Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management. Tham has led teams across the country in analysis of modeling, polling, and field data to enable decision-making for elections and political campaigns. Tham was also an early hire at a startup focused on commercial drone operations for energy infrastructure (wind turbines, solar fields, transmission lines), precision agriculture, and media.
A native of Maryland, Tham earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Maryland, College Park.
