Caroline Osborn

Caroline Osborn is a Project Associate for BPC’s Early Childhood Initiative. Before joining BPC, she was an intern at The Century Foundation, where she assisted with research surrounding K-12 education policy for English learners. Osborn also worked with the Highland Support Project and the UVA-SWO Partnership for Rangeland Ecology Research and Education to research and design intercultural education programming.

Osborn graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Economics and Anthropology and a minor in Latin American Studies. She graduated with the highest distinction for the completion of her senior thesis on bilingual education in Guatemala.
