Brittany Walsh
Associate Director
Brittany Walsh is an associate director for BPC’s Early Childhood Initiative. Prior to joining BPC, Walsh served as the director of policy and government relations at Jumpstart. In this role, Walsh was responsible for managing, developing, and carrying out Jumpstart’s federal agenda for issues including early childhood, K-12, higher education, workforce development and systems change.
Walsh served on Capitol Hill as a legislative assistant for nearly seven years handling a broad legislative portfolio including education, nutrition, labor, healthcare, housing, and other related topics. Walsh served in the offices of Representatives Mike Johnson (LA-04) and Ted Yoho (FL-03).
Walsh received her Master’s in Education Policy and Leadership from American University and her Bachelor’s in Social Work from Temple University.
