Pamela Larkin
Senior Manager of Strategy
Pamela Larkin is the Senior Manager of Strategy for the Bipartisan Policy Center’s Elections Project. She works with the Business Alliance for Effective Democracy and the Task Force on Elections to drive better elections policy at the state and federal level. Prior to joining BPC, Larkin was a Senior Public Relations Associate at Rational 360, leading media relations for nonprofit and corporate clients.
Larkin received her B.A. in political science from Smith College, minoring in mathematics and playing on the varsity soccer team. She wrote her senior thesis on polarization in American politics between 1992 and 2016 and was awarded the Dawes Prize for best undergraduate work in political science.
